The rules for using Orbeüss.
These Terms govern access to and use of Orbeüss, operated by Golden Marketing LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the commercial terms applicable to credits.
1. How the service works
Orbeüss allows you to interact with artificial intelligence, create or process content, use tools and, when authorized by the user, interact with third-party services. Orbeüss may automatically select different providers, models or tools to carry out a request.
2. Account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for actions performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly report any unauthorized use.
3. Minors
Orbeüss is a general-purpose service and is not specifically intended for children. Where applicable law requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian for a minor to use the service or for a minor's data to be processed, that authorization is required. If Orbeüss becomes aware that processing involving a child requires parental consent that has not been obtained, restriction or deletion measures may be taken.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the messages, documents, images, files and other content you provide. You grant Golden Marketing LLC only the technical rights necessary to host, transmit, process and return that content in order to provide the requested service.
You must have the necessary rights to the content you submit. You may not use Orbeüss to violate the law or the rights of others, circumvent security measures, distribute malware or commit fraud.
5. Artificial intelligence
Results produced by artificial intelligence may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Orbeüss provides assistance and does not replace human verification where important matters are involved. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you approve based on the results provided.
6. Connected services and accounts
When you connect Google, GitHub, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp or another compatible service, Orbeüss accesses only the elements necessary for the features you have authorized. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms. You may revoke a connection when that option is available in your account or directly with the relevant provider.
7. External actions
Orbeüss may prepare or execute actions in third-party services when you request them or when you have granted the necessary permissions. Certain sensitive actions may require additional confirmation. You remain responsible for the permissions you grant.
8. Suspension and account closure
Golden Marketing LLC may suspend or close an account in cases of fraud, illegal activity, attempted intrusion, clear abuse, security risk or serious violation of these Terms. Voluntary account closure results in the loss of any credits remaining on that account after warning, subject to mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
9. Availability and changes
The service may evolve, be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or depend on third-party providers. Golden Marketing LLC may modify features, models, integrations, technical limits and security mechanisms. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
10. Usage pricing
The nominal balance of credits already purchased is not reduced retroactively. However, usage rates, consumption multipliers, available models and costs associated with future use may change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Golden Marketing LLC is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated output, or for interruptions or changes attributable to a third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections granted by the laws of the consumer's country of residence where applicable. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of New Mexico, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rights available to the consumer.
