This policy explains how Golden Marketing LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, processes the personal data necessary to operate Orbeüss. For any request: contact@orbeuss.com.

1. Data we process

• account data: email address, name or display name, settings and preferences;
• technical and security data: IP address, browser, device, technical logs and session identifiers;
• user content: conversations, files, documents, images, projects, memory and instructions;
• data from connected services when you explicitly authorize access;
• billing data: top-ups, currency, invoices, taxes, refunds and transaction references;
• usage data: credit consumption, models or tools used, technical costs and metrics necessary to operate, bill and manage the service.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to create and secure your account, provide requested features, process payments, calculate usage, manage connections to third-party services, prevent fraud, provide support, comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability. Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis may be performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the legitimate interests of Golden Marketing LLC or your consent where required.

3. Artificial intelligence and technical providers

Orbeüss may use multiple model and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI, Google/Gemini, OpenRouter and other providers selected according to the task. Only the elements necessary to perform your request are transmitted when external processing is required.

Golden Marketing LLC does not sell your conversations, files or content, does not use them for advertising and does not use them to train its own models. Third-party providers process data according to their contractual roles and their own privacy and security obligations.

4. Connected services

Google Workspace, GitHub, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp and other services are accessed only after an action or authorization by the user. Access tokens are stored server-side and protected. You may revoke a connection from Orbeüss where that option is available, or directly with the relevant provider.

5. Google data

Data received through Google APIs is used only to provide features requested by the user. Orbeüss does not sell this data and does not use it for advertising. The use and transfer of data received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the applicable requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Golden Marketing LLC receives the information necessary for payment confirmation, billing, taxes, refunds and fraud prevention, but does not store full payment card numbers.

7. Hosting and recipients

Orbeüss is hosted by Hostinger. Data may also be processed by service providers necessary for payments, artificial intelligence, email delivery, security, support and integrations selected by the user. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

8. International transfers

Golden Marketing LLC is established in the United States, and certain service providers may process data outside the user's country. Where applicable law requires it, Golden Marketing LLC implements or relies on recognized transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.

9. Retention

Conversations and files are retained until the user deletes them or while the account remains active. A request for full deletion is processed within a maximum of 30 days, except for data that must be retained longer for legal, accounting, tax, security obligations or the defense of legal rights. Certain backup copies may be deleted according to their normal technical lifecycle.

10. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. To exercise a right: contact@orbeuss.com. Users subject to the GDPR may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

11. Children and minors

Orbeüss is not specifically designed for children. Where the law requires parental consent for processing a minor's data, that consent must be obtained. If Golden Marketing LLC learns that it is processing a child's data without the legally required authorization, it may delete or restrict that data.

12. Communications

Orbeüss does not send advertising newsletters or marketing emails. Emails are limited to communications necessary for the account, security, payments, invoices, support or important information about the service.

13. Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and data. The process is described on the Data Deletion page.
