A simple rule for Orbeüss credits.
Principle: purchased credits are non-refundable after activation, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
Cash refunds
A refund to the original payment method may be granted in particular in the event of a duplicate payment, billing error or charge resulting from an issue attributable to Orbeüss.
Technical credit restoration
Where a technical error consumes credits without providing the expected service, Orbeüss may restore the affected amount of credits after verification. This credit restoration is not a cash refund.
Right of withdrawal
Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, the corresponding mandatory rules remain applicable. If the user requests immediate performance of a digital service, the user may be asked to give express consent and acknowledge the consequences of that performance on the right of withdrawal.
Requesting a refund
Send your request to contact@orbeuss.com, including the email address associated with the account and the relevant transaction. Never send your full payment card number by email.
